The Iowa State football staff is in the midst of evaluating more 2017 Iowa prospects over the next couple of days. We could be seeing a few more in-state offers to juniors coming in the short-term future.
The next step will be to do the same in the so-called "four-hour radius" that is basically an area from Mpls. to Chicago to St. Louis to Kansas City to Lincoln to Sioux Falls and back to Mpls. Out-of-state kids in close proximity to Ames, roughly four hours or less away. So if offers start popping up late this week or early next from nearby midwest kids, they're legit.
