2nd shot of Pfizer next Thursday

Told my wife I was really considering not getting the 2nd shot of Pfizer next week. She thinks I am crazy, but seems like they cause some bad shit to happen. First shot I didn't have any effects other than slight arm pain.
I am overweight so that is my reason to even get the shot. Thoughts??
