This coaching staff has done a remarkable job with recruiting for 2022.
The importance of getting high school kids to make an official visit to Ames can't be overstated.
Of the 29 visits ISU had this summer:
(16) have signed with ISU.
(6) accepted other offers.
(7) are still undecided. Of these 7, Delaine, Rose and Hutchinson would probably acccept if there is still room and Townsend , Adams and Thomas are still very much in play.
That seems to be a very high success rate and kudos to coaches and players.
Also, (7) of the committed players were also offered by TOE. (8) if you include Burkle whom the Hawks will try and flip from now to signing day.
Of TOE's current recruits, only (1) was offered by ISU, the OT from Waunakee, WI., who did not visit ISU.
We have (16) commits. Does anyone have info on how big a class they are shooting for?
