Our Cyclones ventured into Eastern Iowa and offered '17 OL prospect Mark Kallenberger of Bettenforf tonight. 6'5" 250ish as a junior now. Started as a Soph for traditionally strong HS program.
Our new OC and Mark's father are best of friends. He had an older brother of similar size who is playing JUCO ball this year on defensive side of ball, DE I think.
Also offered by Nebraska and Wiscy is pretty interested.
I usually wouldn't put our chances too high on landing a Bett kid but the Sturdy connection could be a huge factor. I'd like to see us pull this one in.
