Iowa State provided Fred with a free education, both as a student, and currently as Head Coach. No one else would have hired such an inexperienced coach, but ISU did. It was the "dream job", and still is a "dream job". Someone making over $2.6 million and not truly happy? give me a break. It seems that most college colleges are just loyal to the dollar.
