AMES, Iowa – Iowa State senior wide receiver Xavier Hutchinson has been named a semifinalist for The Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award. Hutchinson, who played at Blinn Junior College in Texas before Iowa State, broke his own school record with 105 receptions this season and has topped the school’s previous career record with 252 catches.
